It’s official – all tickets for the inaugural Personal Estate Agency Awards have now been sold.
We’ve been blown away by the response to this year’s awards and can’t wait to welcome a packed room to Edgbaston Park Hotel on 22nd October for an evening of recognition, celebration and a few surprises along the way.

Event Schedule
5:00pm – Arrival, Drinks Reception & Networking
The evening starts here. Join us from 5:00pm for arrival drinks and the chance to meet fellow finalists, sponsors and some of the leading people from across the personal estate agency sector. One of the most valuable parts of any event is the people you meet, so make the most of this time before we head into the main room.
6:00pm – Awards Room Opens
We’ll invite guests through to the main awards room and get everyone seated ready for the evening ahead.
6:45pm – Dinner Begins
Sit back and enjoy dinner as we get the evening properly underway. We’ve got plenty planned throughout the night, but we’re deliberately not giving everything away beforehand.
8:00pm – Awards Ceremony
Time for the main event. We’ll reveal the winners of the Personal Estate Agency Awards 2026 and celebrate some of the very best people and businesses across the sector.
9:30pm – Live Band & Celebration
Awards done. Time to celebrate. The band takes over and the rest of the evening is about enjoying yourself, catching up with everyone in the room and, hopefully, making your way onto the dance floor.
Midnight – Carriages
The evening officially comes to a close at midnight.

The Venue
The Personal Estate Agency Awards will be held at Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, Birmingham
The event will take place in the Fry Suite, with a dedicated private space for dining, awards, and entertainment, plus a separate area for drinks reception and networking.

Everything you need to know ahead of the Personal Estate Agency Awards 2026.
Where should I stay?
The Personal Estate Agency Awards is being held at Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, Birmingham, so the easiest option is to stay at the venue itself.
If the hotel is fully booked, there are plenty of other hotels nearby, so you should have no problem finding somewhere within easy reach of the venue.
What time should I arrive?
Guest arrival is from 5:00pm and we ask that everyone arrives as promptly as possible.
The drinks reception and networking is an important part of the evening and a great opportunity to meet fellow finalists, sponsors and others from across the industry before we move into the main awards room.
The awards room opens at 6:00pm, so please don’t treat 6:00pm as the arrival time!
What’s the dress code?
Dress to impress – Black Tie.
It’s a proper awards night, so this is your excuse to get dressed up and make an evening of it.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is a selection of free parking spaces on site. You’ll need to register your number plate when you first enter the venue.
If the on-site parking is full, there is a pay-and-display car park approximately 50 metres from the venue, so there is another easy option nearby.
Is there somewhere to leave coats and bags?
There isn’t an official staffed cloakroom, but there will be an area available where coats and bags can be left.
Please be aware that this area will not be locked or supervised, so we strongly recommend that you don’t leave any valuables there. Where possible, leave valuables securely in your hotel room or car.
What about dietary requirements?
We can cater for dietary requirements where we’ve been notified in advance.

Will there be a bar?
Yes. There will be a bar available where you can purchase drinks throughout the evening.
You’ll also receive a complimentary drink on arrival, and there will be wine on the tables during the evening.
What time does the event finish?
Carriages are at midnight.
The awards will be followed by live music and plenty of time to celebrate, with the evening officially finishing at 12:00am.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope!
No notebooks. No pens. No learning.
This isn’t a conference or training event. Just bring yourself, come ready to celebrate and have a really good night.
Can I transfer my ticket to somebody else?
Yes, but you must let us know in advance.

Please don’t simply pass your ticket on without telling us, as we need to make sure our guest information is correct.
Can I still buy a ticket?
Unfortunately not. The Personal Estate Agency Awards 2026 is completely sold out.
